"Showed up in really good shape"
My Tillys order got here looking totally fine, which was a nice surprise because sometimes packages show up like they’ve been through a whole obstacle course. The bag wasn’t ripped, nothing was dented, and the shoe box was clean too. I was actually making coffee when it came, so I kind of opened it half-distracted, but yeah, everything looked good and I’m happy with how it arrived

"Good quality clothes, no complaints"
i mean, I ordered a couple shirts and a pair of shorts from Tillys and was actually happy with everything. The shirts are soft, not that thin cheap-feeling material, and the colors looked just like they did online.

The shorts fit well too, and the stitching still looks solid after a couple washes. Nothing too dramatic to report, just good quality stuff and I’d definitely order from them again.

I ordered a couple shirts and a pair of jeans from Tillys, the fit was better than I expected. I’m usually a medium and a 32 waist, and everything actually fit without me having to deal with an exchange, which is always a nice surprise. The jeans had a little stretch to them too, so they were comfortable without looking sloppy. Shipping was nothing special, but it got here fine, and the size chart was actually helpful for once. Overall, happy with the order.

tillys was okay overall. I usually figure if my go-to sizes are mostly gone, it’s probably not the best time to shop there, and that was kind of the case. A lot of the stuff I liked was out of stock in my size, which got annoying fast. Not a terrible experience, just not super convenient.

I ordered my son a pair of shoes for $84.99 plus tax total $90.94, i just got a email saying ive received a credit, where is my refund?!

I got a backpack about 4 days ago , i checked it and the status says it's cancelled? i can't track it and it didn't send a email when i ordered it .

I didn't get an email confirmation of the order or that the order has shipped. how do i know my order was received with no order number to reference?

Why do you choose to use smartpost? no online shopper wants 2 week delivery times.
